(Los Angeles, okay, "The Valley" but I don't, like, you know, totally talk like that. Unless I totally want to.)

I'm known as this quirky gal who provides stellar administrative, marketing and web presence support for her clients by capitalizing on her relentless passion to find the very best cost-effective solution for any problem related to business and marketing. I also have a knack for coming up with innovative ways to capture opportunities quickly, which goes a long way towards my clients' success and happiness.

When I started my business I didn't do it with any noble or inspired vision to help other people become more successful, really. I wish I could say it was. It was avoidance, pure and simple.

After many years of working for other people as an administrator, office manager, marketing and PR manager, operations director, and as an event planner, I noticed my ever-increasing frustration with business owner's who, oh how shall I say this tactfully, didn't quite grasp the benefits to their business and customers that an efficient work environment and happy, supported employees could contribute.

Eventually I realized that I could be much more effective going it alone (no committees to report to), working one-to-one with clients.

I got my first clients by going through help wanted ads and convincing them that I was their perfect solution, and that it would be far better for them if I was NOT in their office taking up oxygen (and costing them money for a computer, office space and benefits). It grew from there thanks to a lot of hard work and some awesome coaching.

Now my roster of happy clients includes fine artists, photographers, engineers, lawyers, accountants, teachers, coaches, web designers, SEO specialists, PR firms, copywriters, psychologists, therapists, business consultants, real estate appraisers, doctors, dentists, online news publications, and even virtual assistants.

What do I do for them exactly? That's a very long list. (Click here to see the list and maybe get some ideas for yourself!) I have this huge arsenal of skills and experience and I love figuring out creative solutions that will support my clientsin becoming even more successful.

But be forewarned:  If you're looking for a pair of hands to do tasks without question, or without an eye on your bottom line, then I'm not the person for you. My style is to be very involved in learning how you work and learning what you need. I want to support you in a way that not only gives you the best value, but supports your long-term growth as well. I'll ask questions, and listen carefully to your answers. I'm a collaborator, for your success. (Check out the client testimonials scattered throughout the web site, to see how they feel about it all.)

When not working supporting clients I can be found teaching computer and internet marketing skills to fine artists, in the garden playing in the dirt, or in the kitchen playing in the food, doing pro bono work, or at my computer feeding my ever-curious brain. I live in Los Angeles, California with my wonderful husband Harry.

"Running a business today, regardless of size, requires so many skills, it is nearly impossible to possess them all. With Robin Sagara on my team, I can concentrate on what I do best...and let her worry about the technical aspects."~Roger Freeman, President, Infectious Awareabales, Inc. www.iawareables.com
